Moisten your body. Dispense a generous amount of Polish, approximately half a teaspoon per treatment area, and work into a lather to buff away dead skin, using circular motions. Don't massage for longer than five minutes.
The skin on the neck and chest is allot thinner than on the face, ensure you don't over exfoliate this area by massaging gently for less than two minutes per zone (average size of palm of hand).
After massaging it's optional to leave on the skin to dry for up to five minutes.
Rinse-off Polish with warm water.
