MORNING  - Do not use 

EVENING - Always apply at night. 

Week 1 - Start application every third day for 14 days.
After cleansing apply 1 pump of CosMedix Refine. Spread using finger tips to the jawline. Don't apply onto the eye lid or neck. Because the skin there is much thinner and less oily, so prone to being over stimulation (red, dry and itchy).
After using on the face tap any residue that's left, around the eye bone. 
Week 2 - If you don't experience any red, flaky skin, step up the strength of application. Use Refine every second day. 
On the nights not using Refine apply Defy AHA Complex 
Discontinue use if redness or irritation (dry and itchy skin) occurs, stop application immediately and wait four days. The rate of skin renewal has increased too quickly and as a result of poor tolerance and a damaged skin barrier, you can see more stimulation. This is a normal response if you use too much serum and apply Refine too frequently, based on your unique level of tolerance. 
Resume at a lower dosage after discomfort has subsided. The best way to acclimate to using Refine, is to mix 1/2 chickpea of Defy - AHA cream with 1/2 pump Refine. Start every second day for 14 days. Then step up to using Refine on its own every second day. On the nights not using Refine, apply Defy. 
May experience mild peeling.
